DIY Elf on the Shelf Trick-or-Treat Bag

With just a few supplies, your Scout Elf can surprise kids with a bag decorated in their own likeness, making Halloween both spook-tacular and elftacular!

Materials:

Paper bag with handles
Construction paper of varying Elf on the Shelf colors
Adhesive

Instructions:

First, your Scout Elf will gather construction paper and cut out the shapes for an Elf on the Shelf hat, face, hair, collar, and other facial features.
Next, they’ll carefully glue the pieces together, forming a playful image that looks just like them.
Finally, your elf will attach the finished design to a paper trick-or-treat bag with handles. By morning, children will discover a one-of-a-kind Halloween bag, ready to fill with Canadian candy favourites like mini chocolate bars and maple leaf sweets!
