Materials:

Your favorite hot cocoa
Large and medium-sized marshmallows
Orange and black icing
Toothpicks

Instructions:

First, your Scout Elf will whip up your family’s favourite hot cocoa recipe, whether it’s a classic stovetop version or a quick mix.
Next, they’ll gather large and medium marshmallows and decorate them with orange and black icing to create silly, spooky snowman faces.
Then, they’ll use toothpicks to stack the marshmallows into mini snowmen and add little arms for extra personality.
Finally, your elf will perch the marshmallow snowmen on top of mugs of cocoa, turning each cup into a Halloween masterpiece!
